As a member of the family - who wishes to remain anonymous at this time - I read your 6-26-05 SF Chronicle article with some concern (very well written by the way). Hopefully you two have worked this out by now - but if the issues still linger - speaking from experience - I strongly encourage you to go into counseling and work it out there. These things can really blow up and I would hate to see that happen.
