Doppleganger

I recently received an email from the other Amy Ettinger. The one who lives in Arizona and whose name pops up when I occassionally Google myself.

We all have these doubles. My husband shares his name with a crazy murderer and a Dallas Cowboys quarterback.

My double (the one who contacted me) runs a film festival, and I've always thought her job sounded cooler than mine. After she wrote me, I Googled my name again and found there's yet another Amy Ettinger on Twitter whose bio states "I'm awesome." Hmmm. It's good to know we share not just a name but high self-esteem.

I'd love to hear from other Amy Ettinger's out there.

Maybe we can follow each other on Twitter -- or just figure out if we're long lost cousins.
