Playground Vandalism

I was upset to see that the high-speed slides at my daughter's playground have been closed due to vandalism. These slides are not like the ones I grew up with--they are made out of some material that generates speed of roughly 50 mph. I'm not exaggerating. OK, maybe I'm exaggerating slightly. Where did they in find the materials for equipment? Mars?

Seriously, I don't know why anyone would want to vandalize a playground. Someone who had/is having an unhappy childhood? Someone afraid of anything generating such great speed?

Whoever you are, I hope they catch you and force you to go down each slide 100 times. Maybe after the chafing you'll learn your lesson.
